Starting from the finding that approximately 75% of the legislation currently in force in Romania originates in Brussels and Strasbourg, QVORUM Institute monitors the work of the Parliament and other European institutions in order to inform, in real time, the public and social partners on the legislative changes, but also on the opportunities offered by the European institutions. Furthermore, QVORUM Institute analyses the way in which Romanian representatives promote the interests of those who elected them.

Through the project Romanian Parliament, QVORUM Institute carries out a series of research projects regarding the work of Romanian politicians and aims at creating opportunities for reducing the democratic deficit and stimulating the interaction between the representatives and the voters.

Training programmes

Qvorum Institute conducts regular training courses for the people in the NGOs, business environment, employers, trade unions and public institutions on issues related to the European policy making process and how to influence it, the functioning mechanisms of the Romanian public administration, as well as diplomacy.
